Energy formation a fait appel à zBis pour l’accompagner dans le déploiement de son propre Lab et former ses ambassadeurs à la posture de facilitateurs.

Dès la rentrée 2016, Energy Formation, centre de formation reconnu de GRDF aux métiers du gaz depuis 1967, lance son propre Lab d’innovation dans ses locaux. Ouvert à tous ses salariés et peut-être plus largement demain, il permettra d’expérimenter les nouvelles manières d’apprendre, le faire-ensemble et le partage de savoirs-faire.

Consolider une première équipe d’ambassadeurs pour lancer la dynamique du Lab

Si ouvrir un Lab accessible à tous les collaborateurs d’une entreprise est un premier pas encourageant, il est rare que le lieu à lui seul puisse générer la croissance d’une communauté variée ainsi que des projets de fond.

Sous la houlette de Matthieu, notre facilitateur, 9 collaborateurs de GRDF qui se sont portés volontaires pour amorcer leur Lab, sont donc venus s’approprier les bonnes pratiques à y mettre en œuvre.

L’importance de la posture avant celle de la technique

À travers des missions semblables menées avec le groupe Atlantic, U GIE-IRIS ou encore ADEO, nous encourageons la sensibilisation d’une équipe en amont du projet afin que la démarche puisse se diffuser rapidement dans l’entreprise.

Nos principaux messages lors de ces formations ? Prendre le temps de fédérer une communauté large, se sentir le droit d’explorer, de créer, d’apprendre à apprendre, et d’apprendre avec les autres en participant à des projets collectifs et pourquoi pas open-source et internationaux, ne serait-ce qu’en commençant par modifier la page Wikipédia de son village ou de son entreprise.

Apprendre ensemble par la pratique

Ces trois jours permettaient également de mettre ces valeurs à profit en explorant l’univers de la fabrication numérique.

Nous avons fourni à l’équipe, un kit de machines de fabrication numérique qu’ils ont pu installer dans leur Lab à la suite de la formation. Nos 9 motivés se sont donc scindés en plusieurs petits groupes pour expérimenter la prise en mains de machines de prototypage rapide et leurs logiciels associés. Ainsi, ces trois jours étaient rythmés de temps d’exploration, de prise en mains et de documentation et de transmission à l’autre de ses expériences et bonnes pratiques acquises avec un scanner 3D de précision, une imprimante 3D clés en mains, la découpe vinyle ou l’électronique démystifiée avec Arduino et les LittleBits.
